Dairy Delight - Pleasant Hill

Best burger I’ve had in North LA. Fried catfish is 10/10. Hands down some of the best I’ve ever had. Cannot recommend this place enough. Just straight up great food made by great folks.

There is not much more to choose from in this area.Burgers rather big, take away option forces you to assembly burgers on your own.Fries soggy, oily, and underfried.In general it is possible to eat it and kind of enjoy it, but I will try to find some other next time.

Being the only place for miles and miles around usually means second rate food and experience. But if you're ever hungry and close to Pleasant Hill, Louisiana Terry's Dairy Delight is a great place to tank up on great hamburgers fried fish and shrimp!

I feel like I can call myself a fair critic. I 've tried really hard to give restaurants and businesses the rating they deserve. In this case, the only metric I can rate this restaurant on is its food as it was a take-out order that a friend picked up.My order was wrong. I ordered my cheeseburger all-the-way and somehow that got confused as no vegetables at all, but I still ate it and I 'm glad I did. There are very few places I can recall having an out-of-this-world burger, and Dairy Delight blew my socks off. While it would have been better with a few veggies, this was easily the best cheeseburger I 've had in a multi-parish/county area, at least from Natchitoches to Nacogdoches and north all the way to Paris, TX across to Minden, LA.Not only was the order wrong, my food was cold from the drive. Look, if your burger is still delicious after a 30 minute drive to just outside Mansfield, LA, and a wrong order, the establishment that prepared your food stands on business. Dairy Delight 's business is preparing unpretentious, no frills classic cheeseburgers with fries, shakes, and all the other things that go with it at a fair prices.You won 't be disappointed with your stop.
