Great Steak - Pleasant Prairie

This establishment lacks managerial leadership, multitasking skills and customer service.There should be no reason to wait 25 mins for a sandwich!While 2 people are just standing around and twiddling their thumbs, there's only one person on the grill... AND ONLY GRILLING ONE THING AT A TIME.

I had the cheesesteak fries and there was only 6 small slices of beef and the cheese was canned all for $11.99. Your in Wisconsin you shouldn't be using canned. Will NOT go back!

The food was on the low side of ok, I ordered a combo and was charged for 2 drinks. If I knew it was going to like that, I would have just gone hungry.

Went to the food court for pizza but the only place open was great steak. I won't make that mistake again.

On par with what you would expect but a little bit expensive.
