DO NOT SEND UR KIDS HEREThey also had kids using only the porter potty even during covid... even tho they had a bathroom inside the building. ALl kids were not allowed to use the regular staff bathroom.. girls or boys
The parks are clean and well-kept, but minimal in terms of amenities. I feel like there is much more they could do with the space, if they had the inkling/money/creativity. But it's certainly better than nothing!
There are picnics tables and a nice view to a creek
Cute little park in the heart of Pleasant Valley on the site of what was once a large textile mill dating back to the Civil War. The museum is inside the now restored original mill building, and the park is dedicated to local area Veterans. Its a nice place to sit on the benches and enjoy some quiet time overlooking the Wappingers creek.
Never crowded. Clean. Picnic benches that boarder the wappingers creek.
