Taste Of Sing-ma - Pleasanton

This restaurant is situated at the far end of Main Street in downtown Pleasanton. I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious the food was, although it wasn't very authentic. However, the portion sizes were a bit small for the price. Here are some dishes I recommend: 1) Roti with curry sauce 2) House special Bee Hoon with tomato engraving 3) Beef 4) Fish fillet in black bean sauce. The restaurant offers both indoor and outdoor seating. Just a heads up, on Friday nights, there can be live music from the brewery next door, which makes sitting outside quite loud.

The food was delicious, and the lunch service was quick with generous portions. The host was very pleasant and offered plenty of substitutions as well.

We decided to try this restaurant for one of our birthdays last year after hearing great reviews and receiving a recommendation from an employee. We found it to be an excellent value for the price, offering something different from the usual Chinese, Japanese, Korean, and Vietnamese cuisines. We chose the recommended dishes, and they did not disappoint in terms of flavor and portion size. At first glance, the plates might appear small, but that's quite misleading; each dish actually offers a substantial amount of food. The service was also wonderful, striking the perfect balance between attentiveness and allowing us to enjoy our meal in peace. Overall, it's a place worth visiting again, and next time we plan to try other enticing items from their menu.

Although the food is unfounded from the outside, it is worth visiting. It has everything a wonderful homemade taste and feeling. The service is friendly and patient, and they do well with a large group. You won't wait too long for food, and the food will definitely be worth waiting. I recommend it in family style (order a few replaceable plates) and try pineapple!
