I ordered and waited an hour 15 minutes before I got my food. I have a small buffalo chicken stromboli and mozzarella sticks. my important other, order a cheeseburger with salat a mayo. I finally got my order, just so it's wrong. the acknowledgement was even correct, which told me that the woman who took my order was amazing. the problem was that it was badly delivered, no mistake to the driver, because this from time to time its late I knew that they would close, I understand it. in the bag contained my order. but the order made by my important others did not get their burgers, but they got a classic cheese steak. Now, under normal circumstances, I would have kept the cheese steak because the price of the cheese steak was higher than the cheeseburger. however, my more important one is allergic to swirling so that they don't eat it. So I normally just let things slide..but this situation was definitely a mood killer. My boyfriend and I ordered here last night, an hour and half before they closed to order 20pc wings, cheesecake, and rice pudding. The wings were fine but the cheesecake had mold on it.... it wasn't a lot but still. That's not acceptable at all. On top of that the rice pudding had an order to it. We normally order from here and Jonny Ds..so for that to happen really turned me off...
Ozzie the support to be manager is disrespectful and his ghetto staff taking orders are even worst, and I am going to post until I talk to the owner.
I called and ordered 2 cheese steak wraps today. I raved about how delicious it was I drive all the way from Mays landing to get it. Well today to my disbelief the wrap was half the size it normally is. What happened to the regular size wraps? I'm totally shocked how small the portion was. I normally can only eat one half but today I was able to eat the whole thing. Come on Marco Polo if you gonna make smaller portions you shouldn't charge the same price. The wrap was good but I was disappointed with the size. For me to complain it was a drastic change in the portion. I'm truly disappointed Marco Polo you get one Star smh.
Ordered delivery through Doordash at about 7:45pm on a Thursday. The dasher was waiting there for 15 minutes before we messaged her to see if there was an issue. She called us and said the guy told her they’re not going to fulfill our order and she should call us. No reason given. Just not going to fulfill the order. Ordered a white pizza, mozzarella sticks and Buffalo chicken cheesesteak.
