On the return journey from a short holiday in the camper we made a last stop for overnight at Waldcamping Pleinfeld. Since I am still not so great on foot, we have chosen the camping with care, as right before the reception of the SONNENHOF farm invites you to return. Too bad that in autumn the beautiful guest garden is no longer cultivated in front of the house. We had reserved a table for the evening and did a good job because, after our arrival, a lot of customers from young to old were quickly established. The friendly service led us to the table kept free for us, lit the table candle and handed us the cards. Young families with children were immediately and unchallenged to bring a child's seat and Malutensils. Our drinks 2x cellar beer 0.5 ltr from the in-house smallest eco brewery in the world at 3,60 € each came to the table very quickly cooled. Tastefully, the first sip was a bit more comfortable, but with every other sip the beer was always better! Yes there was the meaning of 1x Lady Burger 160gr (small version) to 13.90€. My husband: Yes, it was already clear when studying the daily card that he would choose the crust bowl with a clot and Bavarian herb. For this purpose, €14.90 is calculated. The two dishes were served together after a great preparation time. They were visually appealing on the plates and tasted both excellent. My husband praised, besides the fragrant crust of the brunette, especially the preparation of the Bavarian crust (white scald very coarsely cut and steamed in a ally sauce). Families at the neighboring tables with toddlers: Positively, the overall child-friendly attitude of the staff was noticed AND that the children were first served in the richness of the dishes. Cleanliness: There is nothing striking to report here. We will be happy to return here on occasion.
