We have been to Metro for years now. Anna, hostess very snotty and arrogant. Will not listen to customer requests. When she takes you where you already said you don't want to sit and tell her AGAIN==she gets EXTREMELY nasty very combative. Dinning room is cold, some people are uncomfortable back there, she doesn't care. She seems to try to put people where the waiter she likes works so he can get more tips. We have seen this with other customers too after she argues with a customer she goes and talks to this waiter Eduardo and then every time he passes your table he will deliberately give you a nasty face. Very childish certainly unprofessional. Thought a waiter, Dave, was pretty nice but apparently he has plummeted to the depth of Anna and Eduardo unprofessional again. Too bad. Some hostesses are o.k. and some waitresses and waiters o.k. Food needs a re vamp. Cook doesn't know the difference between something cooked well=done vs RAW! Unbelievable. Cook needs to go back to school. I think they should place a short survey on customer tables so they can rate the SERVICE and food, etc. Don't know if the management would pay any attention to customer opinions but it would be worth a try.

Be careful when changing coins 3 times I was ripped off 1st time may have been a mistake, second time I was like hmmm what's going on here third time I counted my coins twice and added a few extra so it was an odd amount and guess what, I got less back than the value, the customer display screen was hidden so I hope it's not deliberate it would be a shame to think that the metro has sunk this low
