We discovered this restaurant and enjoyed the different dishes, very elaborate cuisine, full of flavor and very tasty. What a disappointment... we love discovering new restaurants and have had wonderful surprises (see reviews) but here, the calculations are not good in terms of quality/price/quantity ratio! It's not indulgent enough, not tasty enough, not subtle enough. A line bass where the olive adds just a few black grains...A nicely cooked pollack but a tasteless garnish. Cold. A tasty coriander sorbet but 1 piece of pear cut into 3... And no food/wine pairings, which seems inconceivable on a 59 euro menu! What a pity.
