Feedback gevenWhen I walked into the restaurant, I tried to make eye contact with the workers as I stood in line, but they continued talking amongst themselves and ignoring me. After waiting in line for about 10 minutes without being served, I had to resort to using the mobile kiosk to place my order. Even after ordering, I had to wait an additional 10 minutes because the workers were more focused on their conversations than providing good customer service.
Our first experience ordering from this chain was a success! We used the in-store kiosk to order 2 hot lattes with caramel and 2 signature egg sandwiches with sweetened bacon. The total came to $18.46. Our order was prepared quickly, accurately, and we enjoyed everything. We will definitely be returning for more.
