Friendly's - Plymouth

The food at this restaurant is great and the ice creams are tasty! However, we experienced a long wait to get our ice creams served to us. After ordering, receiving our check, paying, we waited for 20 minutes before our ice cream arrived at our table. While I understand there may be staff shortages and business restrictions, waiting 20 minutes for ice cream seems excessive. The staff were friendly and helpful, with our attendant assisting with ordering and patiently answering questions about vegetarian options. The restaurant offers good value for money and has a classic American diner decor with the brand's signature colors.

Most enjoyable banana split! The young men, Dan, Dan and the other lad who actually made my dessert were all very pleasant. I typically come to friendlys for dessert, it's what my parents always did, have dinner once place and at another. The service was excellent, the banana split was perfect! Thanks guys

Despite the stress of being the only waitress on one of the most humid days of the year, our service was exceptional. Although it took a while for our ice cream to arrive and the restaurant was understaffed, the waitress maintained a positive and upbeat attitude. She remembered everything for everyone, which was impressive. Overall, it was a wonderful experience despite the challenges.

First time being at Friendly’s since I was a child, and I did not disappoint!! Had amazing service! She was totelly fine with me having crayons and drawing on the kids menu! More people need to eat at Friendly’s!!

Best Chocolate Fribble shakes. I've been getting chocolate Fribbles since 1968 and love them. They used to use vanilla ice milk in them and they were awesome. But they are still the best chocolate shake around. Breakfast was good but smelled in my booth area. Maybe the carpet needs to be shampooed. Maybe management should look at revamping and stay open 24/7. 7 AM is too late to open for breakfast. 6 AM at the latest before people have to be at work.
