Jet's Pizza - Plymouth

I called the store because the website had failed to process my order (this had happened a few times). I called the store to ask about the website and see if they could update my rewards even though I was ordering over the phone. The employee who I was speaking to could not answer my questions so I spoke to the manager. The manager, Brandon, was rude and unprofessional. I was shocked that this is how he would speak to a customer. Terrible customer service. I wasn't even able to place my order because he quickly hung up the phone after telling me to take up my issue with corporate. I ordered Dominos.

What do you want me to say? I am a jets pizza fan. with college and professional football weeks away I feel like it's time to get my pizza and brotsticks revived on Sundays special. I was not yet at this location, but I will do it. ordered online and decided to pick up to check the service and clean situation out. 15 minutes is what I'm given as a timeline. Let's see if this stops. I'm going in and I'm going with how are they? can we pick up their order? . smiles at how the other employees work together joking and hard. the place is also clean. my order is finished, 15 minutes was impressive for a large pizza and brotsticks. I am happy and take my order after home for the right test. the pizza tastes amazing and the brotsticks do not disappoint either. I am 5 stars happy and will be back on football or request day.

This order was executed 3 times wrong, and the last version was burned.*edit*The manager had the challenge to load me for the little salad “because it was right” instead of me something for my inconvenience, time and ruined dinner. who does this?/DEFINITELY last order from here.

Never disappointed with my jets. I introduced my sons to the Chicken/Bacon ranch. it is the new favorite!

I called into the jet shop to make an online order for a single flavored pizza and was confirmed by the phone that I would have a deep dish all cheese pizza. when I came to the store, the employees told me that they always sold pfefferoni slice pizzas, but he picked me up and would make me a single archie sliced pizza right away.
