Jimmy John's - Plymouth

I really love Jimmy John's, but this location is disappointing. I live just two minutes away, but I still prefer to drive to the one in Golden Tally, as it's much better. The hours are inconvenient, the sandwiches are prepared poorly (light on sauces, very little lettuce, and overall lack of quality), and it's slower than most Jimmy John's. To top it off, the staff here is rather unfriendly.

I waited 40 minutes for a sandwich, but I had to leave before it arrived so I wouldn't be late for work. I was informed that they wouldn't cancel my order. Unfortunately, I was charged for food I never received. I've emailed the company several times regarding this issue, but I haven't received any response. It seems like this location is poorly managed.

Worse than jimmy john’s. mülldienst and they get the commands of men from the command. Some people wait 3min while others wait over 20min. would give negative stars if I could. the entire staff is incapable and rude.

At the beginning my order took almost an hour. I understand understaffing, maybe so many routes and orders. it was probably about 40-45 minutes waiting for it. forget about additional toppings I had paid, I only have meat. I didn't think I could get it or anything else I asked. no Mayo packages as it is on the input that I asked for extra mayo and provolone. I understand that they may be busy, forget or just hurry. but really not the best experience.

It was freaky fast. 17 with cheese and 1/4 pickle. Love their bread.
