I appreciate that my vegan friend could also find dinge to eat. in any case will be restored. they want to do a few vegetarian / vegan dishes a bit.
I thought the food was just ok, didn’t love it, didn’t hate it. I was also surprised when they sat us in a tented outdoor area, the atmosphere there is not close to the nicely decorated inside of the restaurant. They had heat but it was always either too cold or too hot, which was super annoying. I will say that the cocktails were outstanding, just wish the food matched and we were sat inside. Glad I tried it, not sure I would go back unless I was going to the bar.
We were excited to see the Asian fusion menu, however the execution was very disappointing. Dishes, with the exception of the halibut, lacked subtlety, sauces overwhelming the ingredients. Far too salty. Duck ramen close to inedible , as was wagyu beef.
We went there for the first time for my wife’s birthday. Salt was recommended by 2 of our friends, so we were hoping for a nice night out. To our surprise, Salt exceeded our expectations! Our food was very good and our server, Bailey was wonderful! She had great energy, was attentive to our needs, and explained everything thoroughly. I had the raw oysters and octopus sashimi, both were delicious and on point and my wife had the halibut and fried cauliflower. We loved the menu and will definitely be back to try a few different items. All in all, we had a very nice evening and experience at Salt.
Portions are very small had probably less than a 1/4 once of beef and a tiny lobster claw on my dish. For 32 dollars you guys can do better than that! Food is tasty
