Busy,busy place at lunchtime! The food was really good and the service was quick . I will definitely be back!

???? ?????? ????? ???? ?? ??? ??????.We went back for lunch on Wednesday to make sure it's ????? the Best French Onion Soup in the Cities. It is. While the Factory was busy for a Wednesday lunch, we were seated immediately. Our server, Diana, is friendly, attentive and fast. In fact, all the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful.To me, the French Onion Soup tastes creamy even though it's a beef broth. All I know is the green onion garnish on the crispy, melted cheese just puts it right over the top. We each have a bowl of French Onion Soup and share appetizers. It makes a great lunch.

Great Asian Salad. Great noise level. Wonderful service. Would definitely eat there again.

Parking: The parking lot is small, so you often have to park in the store parking lot and walk a ways. Really disappointing. Their outdoor patio was not open for eating and it was seventy degrees
