Tim Hortons - Plymouth

I ordered an extra large half French Vanilla Cappuccino and half black coffee... Mmmmmmm.

I love the coffee at Tim Hortons. The customer service at this location is excellent.

I know the place is only open a month, but the service was very bad. there was a long waiting time until food arrived, then with some wrong items. I have the feeling that the personal was under pressure, there was general feeling of light chaos. to complete everything, I thought the food proportions were just a poor price-performance ratio. I'm not going back.

Great people working here, but lately the drive-through has been unbelievably slow. Took almost 20 minutes with only 5 cars in line. Either lack of staff or loss of efficiency is really affecting the quality of service. Sadly, They’ve really limited the choices they offer.

Very good egg muffin and caramel latte. Still getting used to the high sweetness levels of the USA...
