Tubby's Sub Shop - Plymouth

This restaurant seems like it's in need of some improvements. I ordered a sandwich and was told it would be ready in 20 minutes, but ended up waiting longer than that. I was ignored by the employees working at the counter. I waited patiently, but eventually had to remind them about my order. This happened at Tubby's in Livonia. I won't be returning to this place. It's concerning that they have employees who treat customers this way and I'm not sure how they plan to keep their business running if this continues.

The restaurant's food can either hit the mark or fall short on flavor. Luckily, today's meal was satisfying, but I was hesitant to give it another chance due to inconsistent quality and value.

Tubby's used to be my favorite sub restaurant, but they recently increased their prices and the staff was not very welcoming. Subway still offers sandwiches for under $7 and McDonald's is even cheaper. I appreciate that Subway displays their prices clearly, unlike Tubby's who spends a lot on radio advertising. It seems like every other commercial on my radio is for Tubby's.

Haven't been here in quite awhile. I paid almost $50 for 2XL subs and a kids meal. Chicken club wasn't even full. Very thin sub for $22. Not happy about that. Steak and cheese was good but definitely not a 2xl. Not sure if I'll be back. $50 for lunch is crazy

What there twice and both times got our order wrong ?? Waited 20 minutes while they talked to a friend of there's who didn't even seem to work there.
