Don't know why the drink can't be consistent and when I said something it was like I was asking an outrageous question. Sorry just think if you pay $9 for a drink it shouldn't be that hard to make. Ridiculous and rude.

This BIGGBY has the absolute best baristas I’ve ever met. I know them all by name and they know what I want to drink before I even order. Love this store and staff so much.
