Sarku Japan - PLYMOUTH MEETING

This restaurant has the worst service- staff are incompetent and disrespectful. I paid for double chicken- they didn’t put it on the receipt because they didn’t hear me. I told them what I wanted. The man cooking can’t hear well, he was very rude and short with me and I don’t recommend eating there. It’s salty, they charge extra for everything- and again the service is terrible. If they mess up they make you responsible for everything they mess up with. I genuinely hope that they learn not to yell at customers when frustrated or get frustrated when they messed up. The staff member did not apologize or anything at all, and to make it worse I paid $12.11 I got $10 back and not the rest of my money. I’m very disappointed and disgusted. I am an 18 year old college student, my money is tight as it is and I feel disrespected after being yelled at in front of other customers. Thank you.

Defense worth a try. They have minimal menu but the taste is good and the quantity is good as well.Very friendly staff . They are the reason we got the food there today. We got chicken teriyaki with fried rice and

Shrimp meal is always great. Friendly lady cashier and friendly cooks.

The lady at the register is always so sweet! The food always so good.

My fiancé and I both got food poisoning from here. Don’t go.
