Capriccio Italiano Takeaway - Plymouth

I am a fan of KFC and generally find the meals to be good. However, there have been instances where the staff seems uncaring and not doing a great job. It makes me wonder if there is no training or if they are just not very enthusiastic. When I visit the locations in Crownhill and Old Town, the service and food quality are consistently good. Unfortunately, I have had negative experiences at the St Budeaux location with rude staff, burnt chicken, and missing items from my order.

I decided to try out this KFC for a change and I was very pleased with the service. The food was not greasy and very tasty. There was a bit of a wait, but that was to be expected because the restaurant was busy.

The staff could be more friendly; some of them seemed like they didn't want to be there. It was nice to see someone help the lady in a wheelchair.

We were hungry and that was a good solution in that moment. Not the best restaurant but in that moment was fine to all of us.

The OK Italian pizza takeaway was a not bad pizza place on the Octagon but I had not been there for a year or more. Today I had missed lunch so was was hungry late afternoon and as I drove across the Octagon I saw...that it had been replaced by a hot dog and burger place. Friendly, very cheap and the burgers were hand made from local beef by a butcher close by.Open weekday times and overnight at weekends.
