China Express - Plymouth

The prices at this restaurant are lower than other places, but don't be fooled - the quality and service are much better! The crispy chilli beef was delicious and melted in my mouth, and the vermicelli was cooked with love - I could taste it, it was so good. I highly recommend trying the hot and sour soup without prawns if you're not a seafood fan. I will definitely be returning for another visit.

First time in 6 years we have ordered from here never again , it’s plain no flavour a micro meal would of been better .

Rang up placed my order, order come and was wrong i rang back to be told that they would only send out the wrong item while the rest of my food for myself was getting cold i said i wasnt happy bout this and would like the company to change my whole order they refused said they couldnt do this and said i only had 2 options either 10% off next order or send replacement out, i told them i wasnt happy with this as my food was getting cold. They said there was nothing they could do only the two options given, i said to them send the replacment it will have to do 20 minutes later still waiting. Rang back and was told i was a liar and very rude to the point that the phone was hung up on me. Rang back to get a mouth full off of another member of staff before they finally sent out the replacement. Overall satisfaction very poor

I ordered food at the restaurant, but the lady got my order wrong. When I asked for a refund, she became extremely rude and kicking us out, telling us to call the police if we didn't like it. I found her behavior to be absolutely disrespectful.

Always get takeway from here and it is always lovely wd recommend it the drivers are always very nice and the food is always very hot always tastes fresh
