Beautiful atmosphere. nice drink. friendly service. especially they enjoy the outside seats and of course the beautiful view.

Great friendly pub, very good value for money, real log fire burning. Enjoyed our two course meal, was so full couldnt manage dessert! Great variety on menu. Will eat here again.

I returned to a restaurant I used to visit 31 years ago as a teenager, and it's clear that the place has transformed significantly. The bar has now become a charming little restaurant, while the old lounge area has been converted into the bar. The menu is impressive, and the food is absolutely delicious. You can really taste the quality of the ingredients. Every dish is beautifully presented and perfectly cooked. The chef deserves high praise for her work. They offer a diverse menu along with two themed night menus: a gourmet burger night on Mondays and an American night on Thursdays.

This is a very welcoming pub, featured in the Good Beer Guide. During my last visit, I enjoyed a delicious meal that exemplified quality pub fare. The pub also boasts a lovely outdoor area by the River Tamar, making for a pleasant dining experience. I highly recommend it!
