Indus Indian Take Away - Plymouth

For years my mates have talked bout Indus,i 've enjoyed many Indian meals in Plymouth,and this one was,errm, different. My son ordered chicken Vindaloo and i ordered lamb Madras and i have never had orange coloured curries before. They were what i could only describe as... different. But, i 've tried it now, ticked off , must try list !

Have been using Indus for many years and was surprised to see the last few reviews. we have always found the food to be VERY good and well priced. We live in PL9 and have it delivered regularly. Why use anywhere else!

Worst experience with indus ever last night was told food would be 1 and half hours that time comes so rings up gets told it on its way 2 and half hours later it turns up with no rice for the curry when we rang to explain this we was argued with that it's a perfectly good meal and we should wait 20 mins for the rice to be delivered after arguing with her the food would be cold we were told we are stupid it's boiling hot we argued back and forth for 20 minutes that we would like a new meal or a refund to be told that's not gna happen we argued a bit more and was told we are not having anymore food we can have a refund and the driver is leaving straight away 1 hour later she turns uip toke all the food out the bag to make sure it was there and was told if any of the food was touched there would be trouble she then took the food away and refunded the driver couldn't apologise enough saying there had been so many complaints about the woman on the phone and she was the boss so there's nothing we could do so after hours and hours of waiting for nothing we finally got pizza hut at 10 with the refund never ever order from indus!!!!! P.s it was also valentines day and are first night away from the kids in a long time so thabkyou for that I will make sure no one orders here again!
