Pizza Hut - Plymouth

We had an excellent meal and were served by excellent staff. Very courteous and kind, with very good pizzas. Typical Pizza Hut menu and options.

Awful place. Went a few times. Left and forgotten at the table. On another occasion I said to the waitress I want to use this deal. She looked at it and said ok. I then ordered. When the bill came i presented my voucher to be told it can’t be used with what I ordered. An argument followed between me and the manager as I said “why did she let me order stuff that can’t be used with the voucher that I showed her, why didn’t she point this out to me” he wouldn’t budge. I wouldn’t budge. He threatened to call the cops. I said fine. I ain’t paying for this. In the end he backed down and rightly so. Went back after this and received even worse service. So beware they bare grudges so just shut up keep your head down and eat your food. Any hint of a problem and you will suffer. Also went for take away order and the girl took or tried to take names for COVID track and trace without even asking permission. Got attitude when we pulled her on it. All in all a terrible place. Not ever going back.

Have been here before and have never been disappointed. We were seated quickly and our order was taken swiftly. Drinks and starters came soon after. Lovely fresh salad bar. Pizzas were great. Server even asked if we were going to use the Individual meal deal offer for £14.99 which is a starter, individual pizza and a drink. Servers were happy enough. Will be back soon.

I have always received a professional welcome. The food has always been, hot and fresh really tasty. This family friendly restaurant is less than 10 minutes from my front door, thats walking speed.

Ordered today at 1621.it is now 1815 and still not received. The store have informed me its traffic but I can't fathom 2 hours. I will not be using them in future.
