Arctic Circle - Pocatello

We came here, we ordered 2 small root beer freezing and 1 medium root beer freezing and it took them 10 to 15 minutes to get them and they were not busy

This location's service is always so slow. It takes 3 times the amount of time compared to the other 2 arctic circle locations to get my food. Plus at this location it always seems that they are not that happy that you are there to order. This location is closest to my house but I use to drive to the Yellowstone location for these exact reasons.

I stopped in on the evening of Friday May 6th with hopes of hooking to their wifi while eating a meal. I needed to book a room for the night. The young men and women who were working were so very nice and professional. The manager lady allowed me to connect to the wifi. The sweet potatoe fries were amazing and the mini corn dogs were good too! Well done Arctic Chill!

I am pretty disappointed. I love Artic circle but this time was pretty awful. I ordered a jr bacon combo and a lemonade to drink after waiting a while to have my order taken. Only 2 cars ahead of me but it wasn?t until I asked if that?s where I order I finally got a response. Waited in line for about 30 minutes and finally got my food but it wasn?t even the right order. And I asked for lemonade and got water. I feel bad since the labor shortage has hit the fast food industry hard but I even tried to call but there was no answer either.

Long wait, too expensive for what you get. Terrible food. My sons corn dog bites were so over cooked ketchup couldn't save it. The fries are bland. The #7 Mushroom Swiss Burger was the worst Mushroom Swiss I have ever had. Imagine a thin crispy patty, a slice of cheap flavorless swiss, mushy lettuce, cream of mushroom soup poured on top and smashed between two large buns. It was a mess to try and eat and barely palatable. The gal at the window was great though, super nice and thoughtful with a friendly and fun attitude.
