Burto's - Pocatello

You know inqould love to say it was good, but it wasn't and I tried to give them chances at random, but every time I go there, the service is never good, you always have someone working the window as they would rather be dead then working there and the food is rough. The last time I came in, I got a burrito and I came back, was a burrito, but the ice-cold onions and tomatoes and whatever matters. I'll tell you what it was so rough that I spit it out and threw it away. I don't recommend this place at all.

The food here is really good. I usually recommend their breakfast Burrito. They are usually very fast to wait only 1-2 minutes, every time we go here. Their location and buildings are very sketched with a lot of vandalism throughout the building. There are also holes in the wall everywhere.

I've been here for a few years. I love the food! I have seen bad reviews that their food is cold, but fortunately for me? I have never experienced that in my 10 years to be a customer. The reason my rating is lower is because of a few different things that bother me. First, the toilets are absolutely disgusting? the inner dining area used to be very bad, but recent renovations are really good and the inner kitchen is much more pleasant. I hope they do something for these bathrooms! The last one is the ride. If you want to use this thing, be quicker. It's one of the slowest drive thru?s I've been there before. This place is always packed when I go. The minimum they can do is a little money for updating cosmetics and efficiency.

3:40 a.m. and so far away from home, this place was open, the guy who works here welcomed us with a smile, got our order 100% right, and the food was DELICIOUS. Definitely want to return to Idaho for this place. Just here. The rest of Idaho was not the most friendly and I had a hard time getting a baked potato anywhere. Anyway, this place gets all my stars and thumbs up^

I ordered 2 ground beef enchiladas with rice and beans along with a ground beef corn taco which was extra. My dinner was almost $13.00 which I felt was pretty high. The taco was quite small and not anything at all exceptional. The enchiladas were good but didn't taste right and the next day when I ate left overs I realized why...they had given me 2 CHEESE ENCHILADAS instead of the ground beef that I had ordered!! All I can day positively about the meal was that it was a very large serving! Especially the beans and rice. I will go back, only if my 2 other favorite Mexican restaurants are closed (like this time) BUT I will drill them and make sure we both know what I have ordered so I am assured if getting what I order and pay for! I do love the fact that they are open 24 hours a day for us night owls!!
