Taco Time - Pocatello

The Taco Time on Yellowstone Ave in Pocatello, ID, always features witty sayings on its billboard that make for an enjoyable read while you drive by. The restaurant itself is clean, and the staff is attentive. I noticed that the restrooms were well-maintained as well. They have an extensive salsa bar with a variety of salsas and sauces to choose from. The food was fresh and served hot. What more could you ask for? Oh, and it was also a great value!

The food was tasty, but some of the tables were unclean, and the restaurant wasn't very crowded.

I arrived craving a crisp burrito and, noticing it was late, I asked when they closed. With the lights still on, I decided to go through the drive-thru. The staff was incredibly patient with my indecision, and after a courteous exchange, I finally placed my order. Just as I finished, the lights went off and the closed sign went up. I thought, "No! Did I just get my food right before they closed?!" Thankfully, I did! The employees were so kind even as I apologized for being “the last-minute customer.” I was pleasantly surprised by how friendly they were, and I felt a bit silly for coming in right at closing time! The food tasted just as I remembered from my childhood—delicious, warm, and crispy in all the right spots. Oh, how it made me feel young again! Taco Time not only rejuvenated my spirits with its fantastic menu, but also with its incredible staff and outstanding customer service! If you haven’t been there yet, you're truly missing out! Plus, I often find myself chuckling at the jokes on their signboard (I mean, who doesn't love a good laugh?).

The staff was nice, and one of the staff took time to talk to my wife and me. Had a great time and would go back if I were in the area. The food was good.

New to the area decided to try Taco Time. The person handing me our order was not rude, but not friendly. She didn't seem thrilled about her job. But as far as the food, it was all good! We will be back!
