They always have to repeat their order. first and one or two times in the window to ensure that they get their complete order. this morning I got my drink that wasn't even full, it looks like someone had taken some gulps out of him. they have also cooked over our croissants more than once. this situation is also more expensive than other places where I was.

Had a bad experience went on a Wednesday night when I placed a mobile job to be picked up in the thru running gear and waited there for five minutes nobody answered, so I decided to go inside. there was no one in the register, only three young ladies hid on their handys. At some point you had to scream a few times to get their attention. smh then I got my coffee that tasted normal, but the ordeal I had to bear to awaken him

I ordered a medium caramel latte and received a glass of milk with ice instead. There was no trace of coffee or caramel flavor in it. I have attempted to give this place a chance multiple times due to its proximity to my house, but at this point, it is not worth the money. I would not recommend this place to true coffee lovers.

The restaurant is bustling and the food is delicious. There's a bit too much sugar in the coffee, but the donuts and sandwiches are excellent options.

The worst customer service ever. They have a sign saying when your order is done it will be on the shelf. My order was in 4 different places 1 of my bags didn't have any label on it. When I explained why I was upset an employee said that they are hiring if I want a job ? rude unprofessional... so disorganized all the time.
