Feedback gevenAbsolute apathy from the employee. Ordered kid's meal. Was given a paper bag with chicken strips and fries. When asked why I was given fries instead of apple slices, the employee looked at me and shrugged her shoulders and stated that they have no apples so they're just serving it with fries. Also, she had bagged it in a brown bag instead of the kid's meal box and when I asked how come she didn't put it in a kid's box, she basically gave me a quick stare and offered me a box very reluctantly. Possibly the worst A&W I've ever been to...
I placed an order through Ubereat on December 30, 2022 They sent my order wrong and I didn't receive it completely.I called the restaurant and the person in charge said to cancel your order I canceled but never received my moneyI did not receive foodI had a terrible experience , 30 minutes holding , waisting time ..
I had at A&W today a beyond meat trio! Great customer service, the girl was very nice and helpful. Fast service and delicious meal.I loved the food district at Fairview and was happy and surprised to find A&W family there! The service was quite slow and urgently needs improvement. Additionally, the management and supervisors could be more attentive. The management here doesn't seem to be ideal, as the employees appear reluctant to engage with customers when taking orders, which gives off a rather unwelcoming vibe. There's also been a problem with their payment machines occasionally malfunctioning, so they definitely need to update those. During my visit in December 2021, I felt like the clerk was trying to rush through my order, which was disappointing, especially since this A&W in Pointe-Claire Mall is owned by someone who should be ensuring a better experience. While the food was hot, which is a plus, the overall atmosphere and attitude made it clear that not everyone wanted to be present. Because of this experience, I’m uncertain if I’ll return unless I see some significant changes.
The food is just as good as at other A&W locations. However, I noticed that the cook handles everything with bare hands and does not wear gloves.
