A very good place for vegetarian option and tasty too. Good selection of cuisine, quick service and cordial staff. Restaurant is cramped but that should not deter having food.If you are having to stay in Pokhran a nice place to have your Lunch and Dinner.
The restaurant is terrible, with freezing temperatures, uncomfortable beds, and a lack of basic amenities like toilet paper, soap, and towels. The room was filthy, with garbage and dead bugs scattered about. To make matters worse, the owner attempted to overcharge us for the room, claiming they couldn't receive payment from online bookings. This resulted in a lengthy and frustrating process to get our money refunded and pay in cash. The owner was unhelpful and conveniently lost the ability to communicate in English or use the computer during our ordeal. Overall, a dreadful experience.
After our driver recommended this place, we decided to stop there for lunch despite mixed reviews. We ordered accha paratha, chichi, dal tadka, Bhindi dry, and Lassi. The prices were reasonable and the food was delicious. The service was fast and the restaurant was clean. The only downside was that the Lassi wasn't that great, but overall it was a good experience.
We ate at this roadside Dhaba because of it's location and we were impressed by the flavourful choices. The Mixed Veg and the I want to say (Khaki) paneer was excellent. So good in fact we ate here again. And we spent the rest of our 14 day India tour trying these dishes at other various restaurants but no other place was as good as here.
