Most steaks (which I paid 45 dollars) were fat and gristle. the “red wein jus” was a watery drain from the steak, no sauce and no care taken. when the waitress asked how my meal was, I showed her the haufen unpredictable cuts from the steak. she said, “I am so sad” with the insincere expression and ton she can.
