Subway - Poland

Store was clean but when we walked in the girl working stood there on her phone for several mins before noticing we were there. She proceeded to say she didn't even see us there. Im sorry but there is always something to do in a restaurant so she shouldn't have been standing on her phone for so long she didn't even see a customer.

Very nice and friendly staff. It was clean and fast. I also loved the veggie patties .

Food USED to be good. On a recent trip to this store I learned from the lady working during the afternoon that her daughter (who works during the morning) is the manager. Maybe the manager should let the night staff know how rude it is to sit in-front of the door smoking weed pens. They stink when customers walk in which in turn means maybe my service and food will be like it used to be not even just a few months ago I was constantly telling friends and colleagues how great this store is. Now it’s WAS.

I went to this Subway without realizing it was also a childcare service. To my surprise, they closed an hour early and I encountered a little child blocking and locking the door, telling me to go away. Another child was seen making his own meal behind the counter. These children were all under the age of 8. It seems like someone should address this issue. Later on, while eating at a nearby restaurant, I overheard another customer asking a employee outside when they close. The worker replied 8, but they had already closed for the day. This discrepancy was concerning, especially considering the child who was manning the door earlier.

The woman was amazing, despite being very busy she did a fantastic job. If I owned a restaurant, I would definitely hire her.
