Il Sagittario - POLIGNANO A MARE

Sono stato in questo ristorante per un pranzo di gruppo con un menu turistico. Il ristorante era affollato. Il cibo era discreto, ma il servizio era buono. L'ambiente era ordinato e abbastanza curato.

This place is off the beaten path and was suggested by our hotel. It’s a HUGE restaurant and there were lots of locals there. The staff was very friendly and efficient. They all tried their best at English. We had caprese salad, pizza and wine. The server was helpful at suggesting combinations for our pizzas. Although there was a bit of confusion for my husband’s pizza, all was good and the food came to us pretty quickly. If you are looking for something with a more local feel, less touristy… this could be a good place for you to try. We enjoyed ourselves and were glad for the suggestion from our hotel.

Ennesima confirms that the good locals in the tourist areas are always a little more distant. great fresh fish, never seen so abundant dishes for a fish restaurant, all really big. quality and substance without instagram veneers. If you want to eat well and you do not want another chic restaurant from where you dare fast, this is for you. we have taken a rough mussels, grated, knights with seafood, ravioli of salmon and tuna cut, a bottle of water, all 63€. If I have any chances, I'll definitely come back. ah, francesco, the waiter who served us, stragentile and helpful and excellent service. Thank you!

A beautiful discovery a short distance from the center of polygnano. If I could put more than five stars, I would. the room has many outdoor tables and a very large room with air conditioning and well spacious tables. the waiters (French and Sunday) are really kind and willing to satisfy every need of the customer, in addition to the warm and familiar welcome. we took as appetizer a sea salad and the seabeds; as before the cavatelli to the seafood and then the gratinated mussels. the portions were very abundant and all baked perfectly. add that with the cover is also included a surprise of the chef, really the goose. and the right account for what we took. Also recommended for families, groups, couples who have different needs because the menu besides the fish offers appetizers, first and second meat. next time we return to Polignano a mare we will definitely return!

Local a short distance from the old town but it is worth to go the external tables spaced and a staff very attentive and precise the first plentiful and very good dishes in fact I recommend ravioli with salmon or risotto with the tsar or simply cutlini with the clams but I do not feel to recommend risotto with the quality of the fish good price
