Zum Schottental - Pommelsbrunn

Yesterday we moved from hartmannshof to the wonderful high mountain to heromannsberg and returned to the schottental to coffee and cake. the environment of the “Host House” is very cozy, high quality and tasteful. the red wine pear cake has tasted excellent, not as usual overseed. we also ate pannacotta with celberry sauce. excellent. we liked it so well that after our hike in the evening we drove again with the car and ate. we were five. but it has tasted well for all: a wonderful sea radishes soup, leberknödelsuppe, bachsaibling, ossobucco from the lammhaxe, 3 species vegetarian dumplings with vegetables. the wet is very nice and sniffed. who claims that he would be “unfriendly” either does not understand a fun or has no understanding of the care of a smaller gastronomy company. we will come more often!
