No wonder this place has the stars it has. the worker Rene is super rude. will have you on hold and just hang up on you multiple times. I called to add a few things to an existing order and instead of doing his job and just adding a few things he lied and said the order was already on its way when I can clearly see it was still cooking on the app and before I can even say anything he just hung up. he is super rude and if he doesn't like his job I don't understand why he's still working there. first and last time I buy pizza at this location. I can't comment on the pizza itself yet because it's still not done being made .

Wam bam thank you maam service.hello and goodbye.not that friendly.and they give you 2 or 3 napkins.they give no plates.

What a joke! They brag about customer service, take your money and of course they get the order wrong. We called to let them know and they claim we have the wrong store and hung up on us. One star is to many. I called back to speak with a manager, the cowardly manager won't answer the phone. We'll never order from another Paps Johns and I'll let family and friends know our experience. A COMPLETE JOKE! THIS STORE IS LOCATED IN POMONA CALIF.

Best place ever and the pizza is good. The employee is so nice to me and knows me every time I enter with no problem.

Papa John never disapoints. Made to order, not greassy and make sure to get it with Garlic Parmesan Crust. Order on line and they will make it and have it ready between 14 to 25 minutes.
