Outside seating is in a parking lot chained off. food is very expensive for what it is. burger meat was flavorless but everything around it was good. additional sides are crazy expensive and very small. our server was exceptional I do not think we will be going back.

The Restaurant was a disappointment . I was looking for a more upscale dinner. The food was blend and disappointing.

Our only criticism were the smokers that occupied the partially covered outdoor bar area. When the breeze blew their smoke drifted into the open concept restaurant. Not appealing to the non-smoker diner.

The conch chowder had BARELY ANY conch in it. The same could be said about the Conch Fritters, there was NO decent size chunks of conch and you could barely taste the conch. The wings were very good, tender and very well seasoned. My guest didn't like the Fried Haddock, he said it didn't have much taste (specifically seasoning). I didn't taste the burger but it looked perfectly cooked and delicious.

Was not impressed with my fish dinner and I never complain fir no reason. Apparently new owners new cook and new staff they need to step it up because it’s a nice place on the water.
