Kfc - Pompano Beach

I guess I looked like a bum that day cus the girl at the register pulls her manager up before I can even speak ??‍I had the manager over there looking like I asked her to clean my house when I just wanted some chicken ? like damn

Went in to order a sandwich, the guy behind the counter ignored me and walked away, I counted to 120 seconds and left !

Very quick and friendly service. You can always depend on freshness.

Placed an over 30 dollar order for pickup. A few minutes after the time they said it would be ready it wasn't so they said to park and wait. 20 minutes later still not ready so I went inside and noticed bugs everywhere even on the sign above the ordering area. Brown water dripping from the ceiling. Employee going from touching the register, counters and dirty cash with her gloves to going to prep food with the same gloves. Food was still not ready and this was so gross I didn't want it anymore. Asked to cancel and refund. Waited 30 more minutes and still no refund. They told me to fill some form out on the website for refund. Over a week later and STILL no refund. I've reported them for the nasty conditions. It wont let me add a video of the nasty brown water dripping but I at least screenshot it to give an idea. Instead of refunding it they just seem shocked I'd even ask and just tried to argue the brown water dripping on people wasn't dirty water.

Like most of the fast food restaurants, this KFC has mediocre staff. Although their are nice and courteous, they manage to screw up your order by not including the dipping sauce for the chicken tender combo. Even after you request it. I guess is my fault for trusting them and not checking the bag before driving away .
