Good food, good, fast service. My only complaint is the prices. My children and I like to get the boneless chicken breast meal and the price jumps from $9 to $14!

I used to come to this place at least 4 times a month and would get the family meal to go, never had any issues getting silverware and plate then all of the sudden they started saying that they where running low on plates and silverware and it’s only for the dine in customers, next time I came same thing, I complained and the manager spoke to me and said “do to inflation I need to cut cost and can’t give out these plate and silverware now if you give me a dollar then I can give it to you. I decided to stop coming. So ridiculous tripping over like 15cents worth of plates and silverware. It’s been like 3 months now that I don’t go anymore. So the math is about $25/order x 12 weeks $300 the business missed out on to save $1.80 ? I guess that’s good business practice ?‍. Pollo tropical and La granja have no problem giving plates and silverware.

I bought a family meal and requested plates and forks and they told me they didn't give any, I told them I'm not going home, and she said they weren't responsible for it! So no, I won't recommended or go back there. There is always something with them.

Love this place for their white cilantro sauce and their roasted chicken!! Their black beans are really good, too. I would eat here every day if I could..Food: 5/5

Very expensive! Food is ok, chicken is better than polo tropical but similar and way more expensive
