Mcdonald's - Pompano Beach

This McDonald's is fantastic as long as you use the Drive-Thru. Don't waste your time going inside because they will likely ignore you. I waited 15 minutes inside, but only 3 minutes in the Drive-Thru, which included waiting in line to place my order. So, definitely opt for the Drive-Thru!

The customer service at this restaurant is quite rude. If the staff aren’t interested in their jobs, they should find something else to do. The drive-thru service at midnight is very poor; they frequently get orders wrong and have an unpleasant attitude. It seems like they could all benefit from some additional training.

A manager was working, and when I asked if the drink and extra condiments were in the bag, she cursed at me, slammed the window shut, and walked away while still cursing. My advice to any delivery driver in the Coconut Creek or Margate area is to avoid accepting any orders from this restaurant. You will end up waiting in line for 45-60 minutes, only to be met with disrespect from an employee who seems to hate her job and life. The only reason I gave one star is that there's no option for minus 100!

The manager at this location is horrible. Worst service ever. Paid for extra sauces and was told we can only get 3 which is the maximum. Rather drive to a farther location to get good service.

I ordered through the app for curbside pickup. After waiting with kids for 15 mins on spot 4. Finally had to go inside and get the order. I would highly suggest not to use the app.
