Feedback gevenAlthough it may be some of the healthiest food available, it can also be incredibly delicious. The crispy, chewy, and flavorful Crunch Wrap Super Value is simply perfect. This time, everything was fresh and served quickly by the friendly staff. It was definitely a winner!
When I asked if she could process my order through the drive-thru register, which was operational, she dismissively replied, "I’m not going to hold up the drive-thru for you." She insisted I had to go through the drive-thru if I wanted to pay with cash. Other customers overheard our exchange and shook their heads in disbelief. As a manager, it’s her duty to resolve minor issues like this, and clearly, she lacks both intelligence and basic manners. It's disappointing that such behavior occurs, and I hope the owner takes note and addresses it. These employees may very well drive the business into the ground with their attitudes and poor service. In my two visits over the past year, my experiences have been extremely negative. First, I was told that no one could dine in, yet one of the manager's daughters was allowed to be in the dining area while paying customers were turned away. Then, I had to deal with this rude manager. Why would anyone want to return to this place? To the employees who laughed at me while the manager was so disrespectful and refused my cash payment: it's amusing yet sad that you think that’s acceptable behavior, especially when your job is at a fast-food place like Taco Bell.
I live nearby and have been to this Taco Bell about a dozen times over the past year. Unfortunately, every visit has come with a negative attitude from the staff. I often greet them with "Hello," "Please," and "Thank You," so perhaps they're not accustomed to that kind of politeness. Along with the unfriendly service, I often find that half of my order is missing. I won’t be returning to this location. While I can tolerate a bad attitude, when it’s paired with incompetence, it just isn’t worth it.
In my last two visits, I encountered a woman named Nicole who was exceedingly rude and disrespectful towards both my mother and me. It was truly appalling. What kind of establishment is this? I’ve been a loyal customer for many years, and something needs to change. I could even hear her yelling at her employees from the drive-thru! If I return and find Nicole there again, I will not spend my money here anymore.
I got screamed at by a lady who is apparently a manager. I did a mobile order and she started screaming because it didn?t show up on her side. I drove up to order at the window and she spazzed on me there and refused and told everyone else working to notlet me order. She also spazzed at the driver in front of me. 11/5/22 around 5pm. I will be calling corporate. Hope you guyshave audio and cameras.
