Feedback gevenWhen I finally went to the counter to check on my food, I was met with indifference. A lady who was on her phone and seemed to have an attitude told me to turn around and wait because I had ordered five quesadillas. To make matters worse, they gave me steak quesadillas instead of chicken, which I had ordered. I just had one simple question! It would be great if they could improve their customer service a bit.
Awful experience! My son and I wanted to go inside because I wasn't familiar with the menu. However, we were informed that we couldn't order at the counter due to a staff shortage. Our only options were to place our order at the machine inside or wait in an extremely long drive-thru line. We opted for the machine, but when we had questions, the employee said they had just installed the machines and couldn't assist us. I struggled to find what my family wanted and ended up ordering different items. If we have to order from a machine, there should be someone available to help with any questions. I will NEVER eat at Taco Bell again!
I had one of the worst experiences at this restaurant. They got my order wrong, so I called to ask for the store number. When a rude employee answered the phone, I asked if I had reached Taco Bell, to which he answered "yeah" in an extremely unfriendly manner. He then put me on hold and hung up. When I tried calling back, I only got a busy signal. They really need to improve their customer service!
I haven't been to Taco Bell I'm years. I asked for 3 tacos with no drinks (supreme which is just sour cream an tomatoes) and I was surprised that the bill was over $16. I did not feel like this was a good value. The customer service was also poor. I don'tthink I will try another Taco Bell for another 10 years. I do not recommend Taco Bell as a first choice and especially not thislocation.
If you walk in to order, go straight to the kiosk where you place the order yourself or you'll just wait there no one will take your order. I went in, there were workers sitting in the common area workers behind the counter. Was about 7 8 workersin total. Waited at the counter for almost 10 min for someone to take my order as i was the only one there before finally goingto the self serve kiosk placing my order (Workers just looked at me went about there business as if i weren't even there).Received my food a bit later. Both of the tacos were had broken shells so when I opened up the wrapper to eat the taco theingredients just fell right out. While waiting for food 4 other customers came in all got there order takin at the register witha greeting wish I had that kind of service This will be my last time visiting this place.
