Unique Park - Pompano Beach

I placed an order, and when I arrived to pick it up, the food was cold. Once I got home and started eating, I discovered a fly in my meal. I was incredibly frustrated, and it completely ruined my appetite. I went back to the restaurant, and when the manager asked if I wanted to place another order, I told him no and requested a refund instead. I will never eat at this restaurant again.

I have consistently experienced terrible customer service every time I visit this restaurant. The cashier reacted disrespectfully when I requested to check my food before paying. As a Haitian myself, I was disappointed to hear her speaking negatively about me in Creole to her supervisor after that. I will not be returning or spending my money there again.

The staff is very friendly, and the food is outstanding. Parking is conveniently located directly in front of the restaurant.

I don’t usually do this but this time I have to because this isn’t the first time this happened to me with this restaurant but now I’ve learned my lesson. I ordered white rice, legume , and black peas. Got home and started eating it. Then I found something that looks like a bandaid in the food. I immediately lost my appetite. I was very upset because I was very hungry at the moment. I rushed back to the restaurant because I know things happened but this wasn’t it. I kindly asked the owner to step outside to talk with him and show him what was found in the food. He had the audacity to tell me it’s a piece of alcohol wipe. LIKE ARE YOU SERIOUS???? That’s already disgusting. Me not knowing if they was wiping down things and it fell in the food while preparing it I don’t even know and I don’t care because THATS DISGUSTING!!!!!!! NEVER AGAIN YALL. They need to just shut down and evaluate themselves to better themselves and take care of their customers!!!

I ordered food from here they gave me the wrong order I got home and was so upset I called and the woman was rude and said nothing on phone I ask to speak to manager or owner she told me no... The music is loud when they answer the phone and I ask for two orders they only made one I had to stand there another 15 min waiting.....smh
