Mcdonald's - Ponca City

Worste service possible for a McDonald's. We ordered meals and only got the fries and that was after we had waited an hour. And if also noone pays attention to the front counter so if they missed something or you need your drink cups or anything else you may as well accept your waiting another 10 minutes cause they will look at your not not care or ask if you need anything. And there's always a drink out at the fountain.

Quarter pounder ..worst hamburger ever. Patty was smashed flat and was tough. Not edible.Why cant they get things right?Would have returned it but went through drive-thru and was home before I took it out of bag. They save the worst for us...

Worst McDonald's ever! Waited a good 15 minutes for food. Luckily we were eating in. I was soooooo pissed. Waited so long for our order but not one thing was fresh. So grossed out n pissed

Pulled up to order and was greeted rudely, went to pay for my food and wasn’t greeted AT ALL, during my order i asked for my cookies to be made fresh and was let known about the wait (which i told her i was fine with), then when i got my food the cookies were cold(not freshly made) and the nuggets i purchased as well were 100% more than an hour old. DO NOT RECOMMEND PONCA CITY MCDONALDS and most likely will never order from there again.
