La Monserrate Sea Port

Excellent surprise! We went down a few doors, but it wasn't open yet. So we went back to this. What a great surprise. The views were spectacular and the food was phenomenal. Other reviews mention slow service. We didn't have this experience. We also sat comfortably. Parking is tight, but it is tight for all restaurants on this route as it is squeezed between the highway and the water. If you want to eat over the water, it's just as it is. The red Snapper Filet Creole style and the Rock Steak were both excellent and good portions. We couldn't finish our pages.
