Nibras - Ponnāni

Formerly MV Hotel is now Nibras. Mandi is the main menu. Starting time mandi was so good, but now a days the quality and taste is not that good as previous versions. Staff must behave polite and the counter staff also need to listen to the customers properly what they need. Don't express their hurry or busy towards the customer is the main thing they want to take care. Apart all are ok including juices, spacious and parking.

They will cheat if you are new to this town. No stardized bill or food or menu. According to individual they are preparing bill and it is not genuine. Low quality with high price. Really disappointed.

Was a regular customer for chicken mandhi and it tasted good but recently ordered mutton mandhi and was so disappointed. They gave me chicken mandhi rice and mutton which was just boiled in water with some salt and not the madhi mutton. Also the mutton wasn’t cooked well.

The waiter messed up the order..brought us something we hadn't ordered and missed something we had..since one of us started eating we ended up paying for both,and to make it worse both the curries were bad.we tried veg Kurma,gobi Manchurian, mushroom masala chilly chicken ,al fahm,porotta.. tandoor roti..only saving grace was the al fahm..porotta also looked good though I didn't try.. everything else was poor..
