Al's Fresh Fish Chicken - Pontiac

The food was fresh, with whole wings that were quite good, and the catfish was only mediocre. Overall, I'd rate the food 4 out of 5.

I forgot to mention that the macaroni salad was missing, and the hush puppies and clams were overcooked. The chicken was decent, but nothing outstanding. On a positive note, the coleslaw was very good.

I often order from Al's, whether it's for takeout or delivery, and I've never been let down.

Excellent Fried Chicken. Breading isn't too heavy or salty.

I am disabled and request in writing that all delivery people to hand me whatever they have come to my home to deliver. Grubhub's delivery person did not follow my simple written delivery instructions. If my housemate had not been home, my Grubhub order would still be sitting on my porch.
