Feedback gevenThe first time I went to this place, went thru the drive-thru, got home with the order, didn't get what I ordered! I live like 15 minutes away from them! Second time, went in, order was fine, third time, went to the drive-thru again, they said they would get to me when they could!! Sat there for around 6 minutes, backed out and left! Don't know if it's because if lack of help or what! If I stop by there again, I will have to do what I did the second time, go in!
Second time in a week I've had the best chicken from KFC in a LONG TIME!! Best cook!! Love the new crew!! Excellent times on my order too!!
Came for chicken, told it was frozen it be 20 minutes or you can take x crispy than told they don't have that. Go inside wait the 20 minutes told it wasn't frozen had to wait for the fryer to heat up. Now it's 4:30 pm on a Sunday No chicken and the fryers not even on Come on you can do way better, you are a chicken place your goal is to sell one item CHICKEN
Extremely slow service. Came in at 530 and ordered, received food at 620. Order was incorrect and missing a meal, after another 15 min we finally received all our food. Quality of food was okay but there was very obvious issue with the staff. Lots of yelling and blaming loud enough for customers to hear causing a weird and uncomfortable atmosphere while waiting. Seemed thay 1 or 2 people were doing all the work while the rest watched and argued. Hopefully able to work out staffing and training to avoid future issues.
I placed an order for pick up and I was missing almost half of my order. I called and was told they would get it ready for me to pick up. I arrived and they couldn't tell me how long it would be because they needed to catch up on other orders. I finally received my whole order 56 minutes after my original pick up time. I was not offered a refund or anything in compensation for my time and their screw up. I didn't even get an apology. They do not care.
