Great experience. You know a hotel is great when you have issues and they solve all of them without impact and for free. Location near the port, reachable by a road or a shortcut with stairs. Transfer with a historical van and help with the luggage is free. They know the time of all ferries and will arrange accordingly for you. I've been in room 12. Ground level as I was with a stroller, but no sea view. Truly exquisite furniture. Perfect for a sea vacation. Cleaned every day and additional towels for free. Bottled water in the mini fridge was surprisingly free too. The common terrace was furnished and comfy for sunbathing or relaxing. The restaurant inside is way better than what it costs. The appetizers were at 1 Michelin star level, I speak from experience. The chef preparing some dishes by the table is an extra. Worth a dedicated review. The staff is so helpful. They helped us with issues with the air conditioner and water boiler for the baby food. The first two days there was a heat wave followed by a storm, but they helped reschedule the boats and suggested alternatives. We ended up planning half vacation after their suggestions. If you have read this far, this was my first time in Ponza, so I'm no expert, but one of the best vacation and hotel in my life.

Great location and great staff, make sure you call to book as they are able to give you a better price then online through a 3rd party. Breakfast is included and it was very well presented with many options. You’re also able to leave your luggage and shower after check out in an outside shower. great if your ferry leaves later. All the rooms are renovated and with AC. Great views too.

A lovely little hotel in Ponza. The location is perfect restaurants, shops and the port are within walking distance. The rooms are very modern. The staff are incredibly friendly, I felt very comfortable there. Three planned days turned into six. So highly recommended.

We stayed on holiday in ponza and stayed 4 days at the small hotel luisa. beautiful hotel from which it is easily reachable on foot in a few minutes. upon our arrival we were really welcomed, with an explanation of the hotel history and with all the information necessary to reach what you want to visit. the room is very nice, very clean and with all the comforts. it was cleaned every day and at every return we found it fresh, with always clean towels and detergents for personal care always available. breakfast. very good and abundant, with a lot of choice, both sweet and salty. the owner luisa is a very good and kind person, very kind and helpful, as all the rest of the staff, especially regarding the needs of the child, how to heat the milk, water for the parrot and the crib, which was supplied without additional costs. in one of the evenings of our stay, we had dinner at their restaurant shrimps and capers . the courses were delicious and with delicate flavors, a cuisine of excellent quality. The free shuttle service is available at the hotel and on the day of departure. super recommended, we were really great and we will definitely return to another our possible visit to the island.

I stayed at the small hotel luisa and discovered an excellent hotel. helpful staff, professional and very friendly. you arrive in a very pleasant environment, the rooms are clean, bright and well furnished. the breakfast is great, I will definitely return is very glad.
