The cuisine is a traditional mundane with the added value of high quality products, meats, meats and... truffles in season, cooked by the owner. The truffles are produced by the research of Roberto and his son who belong to a family of trifolai for generations and who are also involved in the training of truffle dogs. Organized a lunch with friends, we satisfied the desire of fried mixed Piedmontese.
