Zhan Xung Chinese Takeaway - Poole

I had a terrible experience with the food from this restaurant. The delivery man was nice, but the food was absolutely appalling. I have never had such a bad Chinese takeaway before. This was supposed to be a special treat for my daughter, but now she is upset because the food is inedible. I have been trying to contact someone to address this issue, but have had no luck. We would like a refund for all the food we ordered, although we know it can't undo the disappointment. Hopefully, we can find something better from another restaurant in the future to make up for this evening's disappointment.

Friendly staff We've never had a bad takeaway from Zhan Xung portions have always been good with fresh ingredients. The only downside is the wait but that's because they're popular. Delivery persons are also friendly.

We have been ordering from this place for years and this year the service has been absolutely appalling. Each time the wait for delivery is longer and longer. Last time they forgot our order, this time we had to wait over 2 hours. When you call them they say 10 minutes and you’re still waiting 40 minutes later. It’s is such a shame but I don’t think we’ll be ordering from them again. They’ve lost a loyal customer!

Ordered a takeaway for 2 through Just Eat. Excellent food quality and arrived early. Plenty of choice on the menu, and prices are reasonable. Will definitely use again. Recommend.

This is the top Chinese restaurant in the area. The food is high quality and the service is friendly. I will definitely recommend it to others!
