Cook Out - Pooler

Good food and good job. Servers are a young crowd so you have to be very clear about your order. I had my order messed up a few times, but for the most part they get it right. Good food for the price.

Night shift is the worst, they always rushing with our food don?t care how they talk to people, i ask for ketchup on my hotdogs instead I got plain, with a piece of burnt chicken touching my bun, then my huge tea came with no ice and it was hot ?.0 star if I could ? only reason why I go cuz it?s the only thing open at night other than WH

I absolutely love Cook Out and have never received the wrong order from them. It's a dependable and trustworthy option for a meal! If you haven't tried it yet, you need to get a Cook Out Tray! I personally enjoy the barbecue sandwich, quesadillas, and their onion rings.

This restaurant is no longer a good lunch spot. In addition to raising prices and serving much smaller portions, they have inaccurate orders and seem to disregard customers' time. I hadn't visited in months but decided to give it another chance today, only to remember why I stopped coming here. They have two drive-thru lanes, yet in one lane, they take 3 or 4 orders before acknowledging the other lane. If you don't have enough staff to manage both lanes, just close one! Instead, they let the lines build up, and after waiting for 45 minutes, my lunch break was nearly over, and I still hadn’t placed my order. Even when I made it to the speaker, I was often left waiting for 20 minutes without any acknowledgment. Once you're stuck in line, there's no way to leave. Today, with three cars ahead of me, I waited just under an hour for a burger, which was served with three soft, spongy nuggets that I believe were microwaved, and tasted nothing like they used to. To top it off, there were three tiny cheese bites. They didn’t even have Coke available but chose to continue serving. Overall, it was a waste of both time and money.

Absolutely not worth the visit. The staff working at night were unprofessional and had really poor attitudes. The patties on both burgers we ordered looked like this. They are small and not satisfying. On top of that, they raised the price of the tray by two dollars while significantly reducing the amount of food served.
